Effective 17 June 2026 · Version 1.0

Your rights at a glance

Under UK GDPR (Articles 15–22) you can:

Use the self-service tools

Most people who reach us sent an enquiry and never created an account. You can still access or erase that data — we verify it is you by emailing a one-time link to the address on the enquiry. If you have a platform account, switch to the account tab.

Step 1 — Confirm it is you

Enter the email address you used on your enquiry. If we hold anything for it, we will send a single-use link that expires in 15 minutes. For your protection, the response looks the same whether or not we hold a record, so a stranger cannot use this to find out if you contacted us.

Step 2 — Confirm your request

Open the link from your inbox and choose to export or erase. If you arrived here from that link, the token below is filled in for you — just pick an action.

Erasing removes the personal details that identify you from our records. Anything we must keep by law (for example billing and tax records) is retained but no longer linked to you by name wherever possible.

Prefer to email us?

You can always email our Data Protection contact at privacy@anvul.co.uk. We respond within one month as required by UK GDPR. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
