Email us

support@anvul.co.uk

This is the address for everything: a problem with the app, a question about your account, billing, cancelling, or data. There is no phone queue and no ticket portal to sign up for — you email a person.

We reply within two working days

What to include

The more of this you put in the first message, the more likely we fix it without a round trip:

Please do not email passwords or card numbers. We will never ask you for either.

Account, billing and cancelling

Email the same address. The Anvul app is free. An Anvul Website, if your firm has one, is month-to-month with no minimum term and can be cancelled at any time — the full terms are in the terms of service.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account yourself in the Anvul app: open More, then Delete account. Before anything is deleted, the app shows exactly what will be deleted and what will be kept, and nothing happens until you confirm.

Deleting your account removes your own sign-in. If you work for a firm, or the firm has other owners, the firm carries on without you. If you can’t get into the app, write to privacy@anvul.co.uk from the address you sign in with and we will help.

Closing your business

If you are the only owner of a firm, deleting your account also closes the firm. The app says so first and shows exactly what closing will switch off and what will be kept; nothing is closed until you confirm. A firm that still has another owner is not closed.

Some records are kept after an account or a firm is closed where the law requires it — for example billing and tax records. The privacy policy says what is kept and for how long.

Your data

For access, correction, export or deletion requests, see your data rights, or write to privacy@anvul.co.uk. What we collect and why is set out in the privacy policy.
